This signature 45 minute class combines body-weight training and musically timed HIIT. We move together as a tribe to the rhythm of the music and allow each mate to push themselves towards your Legendary Self.


YOGA

Steph Nieman does things differently. She offers you 60 minutes of intense yoga complimented by bumping beats. This sweat dripping vinyasa practice is open to all levels.
